Lenovo’s new ThinkTab X11 Android tablet is now available starting at $500, bringing a rugged design, removable battery, and business-focused features to professionals who need a durable mobile device. At the heart of the ThinkTab X11 is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 memory and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device runs Android 16 and is built to deliver reliable performance for demanding enterprise workloads.

The tablet features a 10.95-inch display with a sharp 2560 x 1600 resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and brightness levels reaching up to 600 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass protection, along with support for glove and wet-touch operation, makes it suitable for outdoor and industrial environments.

One of the ThinkTab X11’s standout features is its 10,200mAh removable battery. Lenovo has also included a battery-less operating mode, allowing the tablet to run directly from external power when installed in vehicles, kiosks, or fixed workstations. This design can help reduce long-term battery wear while improving serviceability.

Durability is another major focus. The ThinkTab X11 carries both IP68 and MIL-STD-810H certifications, providing resistance to dust, water, drops, and harsh working conditions. Additional enterprise-focused features include dual USB-C ports, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, optional 5G connectivity, and front-mounted NFC support for inventory management and access control applications.

Lenovo positions the ThinkTab X11 as its first rugged Android tablet under the Think branding, extending the company’s business-focused Think portfolio beyond laptops. With a starting price of $500, it offers an alternative to traditional rugged tablets from brands such as Panasonic and Getac while retaining the flexibility of Android.
